RDR Plan
Overview
GOAL for the RDR:
Create resources that will grow and enhance site work and leadership. The resources can come in three categories:
- Inservice – programs designed to be implemented in school systems as professional development sessions to grow teachers of all grade and curriculum areas into stronger literacy educators;
- Continuity – programs designed exclusively to enhance the leadership and scholarship of teacher consultants. The main difference between continuity and inservice is the target audience.
- Community program – these are programs designed for an audience that might include people outside of active educators. Examples of these kinds of programs are student writing camps, book clubs, etc.
All resources created will be the property of Coalfield Writers, and can be delivered by a wide variety of site Teacher Consultants and utilized in different settings and locations.
