The following files are part of our Family Writing Project.
Family Writing Project, or Scribe Group, is a continuity program that enables a group of teachers to study effective writing strategies, and share those strategies with their students and the student's parents in an after school setting.
Family Writing Project is a program adapted and used at Holden Elementary by TC leaders Karen Dillon, Debbie Holly,Linda McKnight, and Pam Roeher. The program is currently in the second year of implementation.
The program used at Holden Elementary was inspired by and adapted from work produced by teacher consultants of Southern Nevada Writing Project.
