It is the hope of the Coalfield Writers leadership team that we never lose our effectiveness. To assure that goal we have designed this How To Manual. Our initial purpose for the resource was to direct those who will replace the current leaders of our site. However, during the construction we have realized that we can and will use this guide to help us maintain our pace in the planning of future SIs, and to prevent omission of important elements of our Summer Institute. We gladly grant permission to other sites to use our documents and ideas.
